...quite a nice haul. I was looking for a close swim that I could go to for a few hours in between school and work and boy did I find one!

I caught 6 fish total in only a 3 hour span and 1 after work(the sucker was on the hook after only 10 minutes of the method hitting the water)
Don't hate on the net, I'm in the process of getting a better one.

I didn't catch anything over 7lbs but I wasn't looking for size. I was just in the mood for some quantity. :P

These were caught before work(in order):

(this one was caught after work)

All were caught on fruit punch glugged maize on a plain 'ole hair rig.

The method mix I used:
-can of sweet corn and the water it's in
-grits
-quick oats
-powdered milk
-packet of cherry cool-aid
-bread crumb

I then ran out of that method and made a cherry grits/sweet corn pack that worked wonderfully.

Thanks! These fish had some high backs on them. I'm hoping for a nice day where I could try a float rig setup bc its not very deep where I fished and local fishermen said that there's some big 'ole girls in there "supposedly" over 35lbs..... but you know how those bass fishermen tend to exaggerate things lol.

Yup...that means they're either grassers, or 12lbs lol.

Nice fish. Good job. Sometimes those scouting sessions can turn out to be a very good trip. Again some very nice fish.
