digital culling scales?

I have had a few over the years. I liked the xtools digital scale, but you could weigh a fish and it would weigh 3Lbs./3oz. then take and turn the scale off and then back on reweigh the same fish at 2Lbs./14oz. and so on. what sclaes do you use and why?
