I am no expert, but use a good graph if you have one... Look for baitfish and or fish holding next to humps and structure... 25-30' is about as deep as I can force myself to fish while staring at shoreline where I know I can catch a few!

....Ok Thanks for the advice,,Maybe I can learn to read my HDS 7..I have not used it to locate fish yet not exactly sure how to read it.....I just can not stay off of the bank......Thnx for info..

Fish any hump. It's a natural structure that fish use to ambush baitfish. It doesn't matter how deep it is, the fish will use and hold to it no matter the depth. Obviously, you need to take weather conditions and seasons into consideration to match with depth, but they will be there.

Thanks RR.. Water temp is 45 and will be fishing next weekend...Should be sunny with 5mph winds.....so the weather man says.....

Ah I see. 40 boats or 40 people? I'm gonna guess and say we have anywhere from 8-12 boats going to be there. RR is my partner. I'm hoping the weather stays nice. We will be the ones out there on a white skeeter with fish n ski windows.

40 is the most we have ever had.......20 is a more likely turn out.....I will be in my silver and red legend .....good luck
