I got my FF installed and took it out to make sure things were working correctly. Before it was mounted on my pontoon and worked great. Now it is showing solid black from 0 to bout 2ft. Could this possibly be from mirage drive on my hobie? Also now I am not getting the fish arc's. It only looks like bait balls.

how long ago did you purchase and where?
After 30 days you might get stuck with it!
if it's under 30 you could swap out the control
unit rather than the whole thing.
speak with a manager or rep that can understand
whats going on. cashiers can be frustrating.
Ren recently picked up a bum FF from Cabela's
i think. He swapped his for a good one no problem.

think there is a restore or reset to factory setting option. if all else fails...
