Just curious? I bring a jar of peanut butter and crackers thats it. To drink water and cokes. If I'm on the Kayak its water and trail mix. I used to take Beef Jerky, but after losing a few fillings that was it.

Breakfast is coffee and kolache, pig-in-the-blanket or Honey Bun. On the water in my kayak it's sunflower seeds and Gatorade/water. On the boat is the same, just with beer too.

We generally spend 10-12 hours a day offshore so we bring water, gatorade, cokes, cookies, chips, lunchmeat, cheese, bread, mustard/mayo. Pretty much a day's supply of sandwich foods. Sometimes we'll stop and get a bucket of chicken on our way to the ramp or bring along leftovers like pizza.

More than anything though, we drink lots and lots of water to avoid dehydration and sea sickness.

Less than 4 hrs, gatoraide, H20, cheese/peanut butter crackers, snickers or some other type of quick eat power punch munchies.

More than 4 hrs, gatoraide, H20, soft drinks, ham or fried trout sandwhiches, cheese/peanut butter crackers.

Homeade cookies like oatmeal or CC with the molasses and brown suger in them will flat out attract bees in the marsh - leave those back at home base.

If I have quests, I usually fill a cooler with water and soda then make up a bunch of sandwiches. I usually include some snack cakes as well.

If it's just me then water and foil wrapped breakfast bars.

I premake sandwiches with firmer hogie buns (so they don't get crushed and mushy like regular bread), wrapped in papertowel (so they don't get wet from condensation) and individually packaged in good ziplock bags. Haven't had a soggy or mashed up sandwich since I started doing this.

Jig, all good ideas!
I just take crackers with peanut butter or purchased cookies and H2O with a flavoring that's frozen in a plastic bottle. I take sandwiches if fishing on Pier or surf.

Bar-B-Q Ribs.

Eat ribs, throw bones as far as you can in water to feed baitfish, then throw lures at that area and catch redfish.

Lunch on the water to bring home reds to replace ribs on the grill.

Works every time.

cheers

Sardines and crackers for bay fishing. If boats are trying to follow you out, dump some oil from the sardine can into the water, they'll stop to "fish the slick."

Beef jerky, DP, diet dew, gatorade, water, oranges and apples, hot mocha in winter, PBJ, trail mix, fried backstrap, pepperidge farm cookies, hershey bars, beer, whatever else might be laying around.

A buddy of mine always-I mean always-gets sea sick and he's a Mountain Dew junkie. Man, that lime green M.D. contrasting against the deep cobalt blue of the ocean is quite a sight.
