Fish finder on an inflatable boat?

I am buying an inflatable boat and I want to put a fish finder on it. Has anyone done this before or have some ideals?

i use pvc also to hang the transducer over the side of my kayaks. that way it is portable. use a bungee and some strong velcro
|

No battery its a hummingbird portable with the built on transducer 6AA's

I use a 12 volt rechargable deer feeder battery. I keep 2 of them, one on the charger all the time.
