going to be a great event. thanks mick for putting this on. one thing about all that we are doing, is it gives the flyfisherman options, and man have we done that for this weekend!! i am excited about the weekend, and can't wait to hear all of the talk about what, and how the events went.

Attended TroutFest. Met Carter Smith, Executive Director of Texas Parks and Wildlife and he's a Texas Tech Grad!!!!  Saw a lot of cool, equipment and places to spend a lot of $$$ visiting. Ran into MickFly on several occasions. It's good to re-connect with friends. Didn't get one darn trout to the net, but had one long distance release, one breakoff with associated fly loss and one strike that I missed because I was day dreaming...sigh..
