There are two spiritual dangers in not owning a farm. One is the danger of supposing that breakfast comes from the grocery, and the other that heat comes from the furnace.

If you target the cats I would use fresh cut shad or Big Marvs punch bait about a foot and a half under a cork and fish along the rocks.

The sun is going to be shinning today and tomorrow so the rocks will obsorb the heat and make that water comfortable, that should bring in the baitfish and cats to feed.

Try the rocks along the northwest shorelines as they will heat up faster and out of the north wind, and it's nearest the hot water discharge, mainly near the railroad bridge.

Just one more cast!

Well it was a bust guys... we fished from about 230-dark and got one bite and no fish. We fished the north west shores and eventually came back to the warm water discharge with nothing to show. The one bite we did get was off soft plastics in the cove right around the way from the warm water and it suprised me but we got it in real shallow waters (maybe 2')
