does anybody know the best/easiest way to mount a transom transducer to the bottom of a trolling motor? i just got my new Lowrance elite 5 DSI depth finder today and i was wondering. i have ALOT to learn about it, lol. thanks.

I would get a mount kit from Gander Mountain, Bass Pro, Academy or tackle store. You should get a guard or make one to protect it.
