Is a "Five Fish Stringer" mean two partners combine their catch and weigh only five fish combined? I fished this tourny last year and think I remember it being an individual tourny with each angler weighing his/her own fish.

It is a five fish/individual tourney but two can fish out of a boat.
If any other questions come up I will be on Amistad through the weekend and then in meetings Monday through Wednesday so don't think I'm ignoring anyone.

Contacts, rules and regs are posted at www.fishtheopen.com if your wanting answers before I get back - thanks!!!

Guys - we're right around the corner. We're finalizing and getting our entry forms built today/tomorrow and should have them out to Field & Streams/Deans Marine/Suddenlink Office here in San Angelo & all the Suddenlink Offices in Amarillo, Lubbock, Abilene, Midland. I will be carrying some down to Angler's Lodge in Del Rio while I'm there next week. You can also enter through our web site www.fishtheopen.com using Pay Pal or on February 7th using any credit card. Last year we had people as far away as El Paso come and fish - guaranteed 1st place pay out. This tourney benefits Hospice but we had some great door prizes and expect to again this year.

How many entries are you expecting?

3 weeks away - we will be out there Friday the 4th taking late entry. We are getting people signed up rapidly through the www.fishtheopen.com website and many are saying they appreciate the ease of going that route. glad we could provide another avenue to make it easier for you guys.
