Going to Falcon with a group for a week at end of Feb. Any suggestions on where to eat.

Your best bet is to cook for yourselves. Not a very good selection of places to eat in Zapata.

The Steak House has gone from 1 star to 2 star since they've moved into their new building. The menu has a few more options and the service was ok. The shrimp was suprisingly tasty. Tina's for breakfast and that's about it in my book.

Holiday is pretty good. Both Mexican and home cooking type food. We also ate at the Steak House. I had the enchiladas and they were very good, but most of the others had the ribeye and said it was like shoe leather. The last two nights we went to a Mexican food place, (I don't remember the name) and it was very good. I had the fried shrimp the last night and they were outstanding! It's on the left side heading back through town past the Valero station.
