On behalf of River Run Guide Service, greetings and tight lines to everyone out in TFF Land. smile

I hope folks get a chance to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather we are experiencing here in North Texas.

Without a doubt, right now is a fantastic opportunity to get out and kayak fish one of Texas many prolific river systems.

As for me and my house...

I'm happy to say the unprecedented Spring 2011 trophy striper bite we are on is holding steady.

In fact, for the third time in a little over a week, another sow linesider has hit the kayak deck for a CPR session.

Stripers like this 36" specimen are a Anglers dream come true. The really good news being that she was photographed and released back into the river to delight a future River Run Guide Service client. woot

Having one of these big girls explode on your offering just yards away, is a real eye opener! shocked

Having your kayak pulled around the run as a rampaging striper feels the sting of a hook is something that must be experienced. coolio

Always good seeing numbers of the rank and file class stripes rounding out the catch, as well.

We even find some willing "dinner guests" to take home...

No kayak you say??? frown No problem!

Day and overnight trips are all inclusive.

River Run Guide Service features a ready fleet of fully equipped sit on top Ocean Kayaks and Old Town canoes at our disposal. fish

The only thing clients need to bring is proper attire and a Texas Fishing License. Meals consisting of authentic riverside cuisine are served on overnight trips.

Please, feel free to contact Shane Davies at 214/418-9786 or e-mail me at shanedaviesguide@gmail.com for any questions or assistance in scheduling and customizing your Brazos River Kayak Fishing Adventure.

Until next time...

Wishing Tighter lines to all! thumb

The day after catching a lot of fish is still a good day.

Beautiful fish

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

great photos

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
