Well, Robles, I suppose that's acceptable. However, if you are going to accuse folks of being ignorant, it's usually a good policy to be able to offer evidence of such and/or be able to provide a counterpoint or two. Just keep that in mind.

I have been following this thing at a distance, sort of glad I have. What it boils down to, that irregardless of race/ethnic origin/ or country of origin, a law-breaker is still a law breaker, and they need to be stopped. 15 to 20 years ago, it was southeast-asians behind the dam at Granbury, cast netting and keeping 8 to 10 inch stripers. It took several arrests, tickets, and a bunch of the regulars raising hell with both the B.R.A. and T.P.& W., but it finally stopped.
It don't matter the color of a persons skin, some folks come here legally, but don't take the time to learn our laws, and the countries they come from may not have ANY laws concerning fishing.
Nobody likes to see some one that is not familiar with the law, get a ticket, but that first mistake ticket, might just keep them from getting a second. JMHO

A law breaker is just that...a law breaker, and they come packaged in all colors, shapes, sizes, ages, male, female, etc. That's one sure thing all races have in common...CROOKS, for no one race claims all the crooks. What is important is that we all work together to protect our natural resources. It would be nice if we didn't need any laws to protect our resources, however, we obviously do, and for some, the law is only as good as the enforcement.

If you hop a fence to fish private property, yes you are breaking the law and the charges can be pretty severe like Poaching not to mention Trespassing. Its best just to hit a public lake.

U guys are funny. I find it odd that people still cant talk about race. Someone also mentioned they would leave out the derogatory names of whites, I dont care what u call me. It wouldnt hurt my feelings if someone called me anything bad and for those that do take it personally, U either have a low self esteem or just have problems excepting who u R. I have mexican friends, black friends, asian, u name it and we dont have any problems ever regarding race and we even joke about it sometimes. I think u took the comments a little too serious crappie. This is funny. Next time any of u guys see that sorry A$$ throwing his net, call the game warden. I have gotten into fights over the same issue and would do the same thing again. If the guy doesnt understand what I am saying, I will make sure he understands me. If the guy doesnt speak english, he is probably mexican not hispanic and there is a difference. Not all mexicans are bad but that guy needs to be turned in.

I was fishing the rip rap up at hubbard last night and there was an assembly line of men. The one in the front had the net the second man had a cooler and the third trailed with another net. It was crazy! I said to one of them "hey maybe you should try to fish with a rod and reel" I think he understood because he just said "we have caught 5" I do not know the number of the game warden. I would have called if I did. I do not know what i was more pissed about, the trash scattered about ray hubbard or the men that were taking all of the fish I was bound to catch. How do I contact the warden?

I just reported this, so they know about it. There are actually about 6 people now doing it, probably because they saw somebody else doing it and nobody reported it and no police or game warden showed up.

Well there was a lot of interesting reading on this post, but i couldnt get that chant out of my head..What is it? "JERRY, JERRY, JERRY" lol I think it doesnt matter if its a "Hispanic, or a person from Highland Park out there casting a castnet and keeping everything, the law is the law. I would of called the game warden, even though my luck he would of gotten me with some broken law lol.
