And whats the number for the Game Warden for Denton County?
It depends on what kind of panfish. The is no size limit for perch, bluegill, and brim. There is one for crappie, which is 10 inches.

crappieKat,

I am not trying to degrade anybody nor judge people because of their skin. I am minority myself, i am just stating what i saw in a man doing something wrong. And if that irritates you then i am sorry.

Exactly, I agree,it wasnt deragotory,we know you didnt mean it that way, but more importantly or bluntly, this guy is an outlaw(outside the law)... and if he knows as some siggest then a game thief!

Well, I don't know about the rest of you people, but I have lots of respect for people and their space. There are more spots to go on the water and on the bank. If some one messes with my personal space, then I have to be outspoken. I am not saying be rude and get into a fight, but I sure will let someone know how I feel. I have yet to have a confratation turn in to a brawl. Usually if you express your displeasure for them the will huff and puff and move about their merry little way. Most fishermen we encounter are good upstading people, but just like a strawberry patch always has a bad strawberry, so do humans.

Also Think about this. These holidays bring out the weirdos. I am talking about the people who don't fish all year, and then decide to go to the lake on a holiday weekend. The guys who show up at the lake and thake their Zebco's out of a package and still fish with the plastic on the handle. To me these are the most annoying people to fish around. Over this Memorial day weekend the fishing barge I fish was covered with them. Here I was minding my own business catching more fish thatn anyone around me. Then all of a sudden curisioty got the best of about 5 of them. They were lined up wanting to know what I was using and How I was catching all these fish. I told them it was not about the bait, but on;y haw I fished it. I told them I have worked on my presentation for years and was not about to give them all my secrets. I told them enough to send them on their way and before you knew it 12-15 people were tangled up with my line. They were all trying to place thier jig in the exact same location as mine. Seems like we all hit the water at the same time bolt

Grow Up! This is the wrong place for that ****. I don't think he meant to offend anyone. If he did, I apologize for him. I do suggest he use different words to describe Mexicans like Hispanics. Good fishing!!

It never hurts to help a beginner out, I imagine you were once a novice.

Barndoor,

Thanks buddy, but i already apologized on my previous post before all of this races thing ever happen. I know sooner or later this stuff would happen that's why i apologized already. I guess i just used the word to describe culture or races.

Redtoplady,

Points are well taken and i will keep that in mind

CrappieKat,

I did not mean to finger point any races out, like i say i probably used the wrong word to describe people. Sorry buddy,

stevenN,

I appreciate the fact that you apologized so quickly the other day. It shows that you are sensitive to others. That said, I think we all agree with the basic message of your initial post regarding the use of nets. HAPPY FISHING!!!!!!! banana banana fish

steveN,

You can go back and edit your original post and remove the word that is causing all the problems. smile You can also delete this whole thread. That is one of the improvements to The Forum that I like the most. The ability to delete my own posts.

i personally concentrate on my fishing rather than what someone else is doing . some people remind me of the ones who couldnt make cops so they stick to security guards . in my growing up days it wasnt cool to be narking around . just leave them bee , sooner or later they will be caught .they maybe just maybe might learn from that lesson . but a law breaker usually knows hes/she breaking the law 99.9 percent of the time . w/r/j.....mis dos centavos cool cool
