Got to the lake a little before 8:00 this morning and went out to play with my new Structure Scan. Played around with it till about noon and it was a nice day with very little wind so I broke out a jiggin pole. Ended the day with my first limit of the year and a couple of 15"/2# kickers for biggest fish. Caught 25 total, no short fish, every bite came from 25' deep in 32-34' of water. All were caught on Slab Bandits and a 3/16oz jighead. Color didn't seem to matter as much as presentation, caught fish on Sour Grape, Texas Toast, and Salt&Pepper colors. I will say the DownScan is the nutz! Once I learn more I'll take some screen shots and post them up, it is sweet! Here are the two biggest. Both were 15" and 2 lbs even. Notice the crooked tail on the one on the left, must got hit by a prop or something at sometime......

good job!! Yep that down scan is awesome, and side scan will find the piles you need to look at with the downscan. I have improved 10 fold in open water with it.
