That looks like a great bait. I use the Swim'n image for stripers. But be careful of the hooks, swap em out. Stripers just straighten those out. In June (NM) throw these over schools they only run about 4 feet under the surface and hang on.

If you want to catch some smallmouth at Squaw Creek PM FishKiller and he will set up a trip for you. I heard he gets lots of advice from Cameron@LFM on where to find them
