I have on 7'3" under a Revo S. I'm using as a jig rod and I like it just fine so far. I've only had it for a month or so and have caught 1-2 fish total. I am kind of a newb and couldn't really tell you anything too specific. I'm using braid on the reel, so the feel is really good--I can't necessarily attribute that to the rod, but I am happy with it so far. I spent about 100 bucks on it.

It's really light, great guides, and good feel.
They are, however, mega stiff...like almost 2 whole actions off for the M, and the MH is a stout heavy.
Good bottom contact rods, but not a rod in the lineup ideal for moving baits.

they arnt "heavy" just "stiffer" than say a loomis medium. these are about half a flex stiffer per action. . they make great t rig and jig rods, prolly not too good of a searchbait rod

They are a very stiff and sensitive rod. I bought my son one,it is a broom stick.
One you build and fish with your own hand built custom rod you will fish with nothing else!

I broke the reel seat on a hook set, returned it to BPS and broke it again on first hook set. Using a Quantum Accurist. I was surprised as have never had that happen.

Interesting information. I was seriously thinking of buying one of these, but I think I will just stick with the Falcon Bucoo. I know I like those for sure.
The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.

I just bought 7'3" MH and noticed when I put on my BPS RCX reel it was difficult to tighten down because of the limited access to that area......I finally tightened it with a wrench....Now ya got me worried about the reel seat breaking?

i bought a couple last week, the 7'4" MH, bought to throw 1 ounce spinnerbait and throw rig on, little too fast to throw big blade so I used it to throw a trap this weekend, proabably caught 20 fish on it, up to heavy 4, on trap and c rig, no issues. really like it for dragging, love the handle, wanted the next more expensive model but BPS doesn't carry.

I have the 7'h ans a 7'm. Bought them when they first came out and have had zero problems. The 7'h has gotten most of the work for fishing jigs. I like them and got three more on the way.

wanted the next more expensive model but BPS doesn't carry. Were having trouble getting those in the stores. I can always try to order you one from the distribution center. Just go back to the fishing department and ask for a lead. We would be happy to help any way we can.

The other rods I have are the flacon buccos they are not as stiff with more action for better casting. Put one of each in your hand and compare.
One you build and fish with your own hand built custom rod you will fish with nothing else!
