 Another Good Morning on the Creek

Sorry for the late report but these were caught on Sunday morning. We decided to try a different creek this morning and it paid off. Color of the day was a pink and pearl Bobby Garland jigs on a 1/16th oz unpainted jig head about 3 ft. under a slip bobber. Caught about 85 crappie and sandbass between the 2 of us. Caught some nice fat sandies and a few thick slabs as well. The sandies are definately starting to show up.

Well done sir! Well done!...out of curiosity...are these fish coming from deep ledges off the bank? Off structure? Or are they holding in the main creek channel? Went creek pounding the other day and only caught about 6 green trash fish...wth, lol?

Well done sir! Well done!...out of curiosity...are these fish coming from deep ledges off the bank? Off structure? Or are they holding in the main creek channel? Went creek pounding the other day and only caught about 6 green trash fish...wth, lol? They are coming off structure and some in the main creek channels. Had to move about 6 or 7 times to get them all. But well worth it!!
