Only H20 cranks I use are the CRS and the CRM. so far no issues other than wearing a few out.

is anybody sure that lucky craft makes the h2o baits for academy?? i know they look very similar but its hard to imagine that lucky craft would make a bait for anybody or that they use vmc hooks.

I don't know if they are the same baits as Lucky Craft baits but I do know that both LC and H20 use VMC hooks.

thanks Mark. I dont know that LC makes the H20 either but I do know I have caught several good fish using H2O baits. Most of the hard baits have good hooks now so I dont change them on hardly any baits out of the box anymore until i have to. I then go to triple grips

The H20s have all ran straight out of the package for me and hold up well to banging them into metal docks and such. My personal best fish on a squarebill came on a CRS. It was a DD out of Chambers two years ago.

I bought a couple tilapia colored H2O deep divers yesterday that I hope to test the hooks on at Falcon starting tomorrow! I like the hooks on them and only swap them out when they start to get dull.

H20 CRS+ hooks are 1 size too small. I change to the larger (#2 I think??) KVD triple grips and they work great!

LC is made in Japan, H2O is made in china. while they may be replicated in many ways, they are not made in the same plant. I googled many topics on it.
