Checked out Whitley Place Park in Prosper. Caught a limit of Trout using Powerbait. Looked like limits were being taken on Corn as well! Like the pond.... Today's Pictures.

I went to Garland today and did real good on a 1/16 oz white roostertail. I thought day was the stocking for garland but someone said they thought it was on last Wed. Can anyone verify this?

Tried Mesquite City Lake today and got skunked ! Maybe I went to the wrong lake. I only saw ducks???
Anyone ever do very well here?

Right on. You can be sure no TPWD employee is going to work on Sunday (except the enforcement people). Any time you see a Sunday stock date the fish are put in on Thursday or Friday. All the regulars figured that out years ago, and we used to meet the truck and fish, so TPWD started posting the lake until after the kid's derby. Just one of the abuses of the present TPWD management. The program was supposed to be for retired persons as well as kids when it was started.

Yes, Ablon has been producing limits for the past 4 days now. C&Red around 25 today on superdupers, silver when the sun was out and gold in the shade. Lures will probably start to fall off soon.

i went to ablon yesterday and caught 10. 12" was the biggest.
went to prosper today and caught 23. most were in the 8-10" range. 3 were 12". i saw several ppl pulling out nice size trout.
