I had the same thing happen to me on Rayburn.... That's the 2nd fishless day this month.

i mean i fished everything including the colors ive never fished before i fished points brush piles rock piles u name it i fished it and still no fish

Me too..Ray Roberts...according to the solunar tables this was supposed to be the best day all month. Are guides just that much better than us?

At the south ramp on Arlington throw a wacky rigged 4 inch Yum dinger or Senko in watermelon/red or watermelon/gold around the rocks. Fish it slow and you should get bit.

Like page said, fish a confidence bait. Slow and in tune you may get to the ramp and find you had a better day than everybody else even if its just 3 fish.

I've had alot of luck this winter doing exactly the opposite of what most people advise. Everything I've read about winter fishing says to fish deep, very very slow, with big lures.

Every fish that I've caught since the water temps dipped below 50 degrees has come on small - medium sized lures, fished fast, through shallow water. Might give that a try and see if you share in my good luck!!

You are not alone. I struggle to have any confidence this time of year. But I keep going out thinking it's gonna come to me one of these days

i mean i can always catch them on the brush hog or trick worm but just no bites and the one i hooked on a swim jig got off so it was depressing

I just blanked 2 days in a row on Conroe. I'm not gonna count the 15 or so Hybrids I caught by accident

Was not bad today on Tyler. Lost a real nice one and put 3 more in the boat 1 about 5 and 2 shorter. from 3pm to 6 pm. Man I love this time of the year. It seems as though I have to wait all year for winter to get here!!!
