We all have our target species And something tells me if I could consistently catch rod and reel combos I would make more money than catchin bass

I too would celebrate if I had lost/found one of my favorite combos. In my case, it might take over $200 to replace (significant coin for me).
BUT, what I REALLY would want to celebrate is finding some current fishing reports for Choke. It's 70 miles south, but I'm GOING! BTW...... Why are Choke fishing reports so rare?
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

Becuase you can not catch [censored] right now, and the FLW will be there this week so everyone is tight lipped.
Just got back from Choke for 3 days and managed to catch 4 fish all weekend - so do not fish where I did.
Worst fishing I experienced on choke in a long time. not sure if the weather really knocked em back and gave them tight lips or what.
I can say 1 person I know really killed them. Guy in our club won the tournament this weekend with 61lbs for two days. Closest to him was barely 20lbs. Have no idea on what or where, but he found something. Besides him though, everyone I spoke to did not catch much.
Good luck and send a report if you catch anything.

You answered a couple of my questions. I can see that withholding information might not be intentional. In this case, if you had stated where YOU fished, it would've defined where NOT to fish. I've heard that "eliminating" weak water puts you a step closer to finding productive water. BTW what was the water temp?
