I grew up in an old champ like this! 20fter with a GT200! Woulda gone up against these boats any day of the week in fact if they were ever in the AAustin area Im sure we passed them a time or 10. Sweet video agreed gotta love these boats all beast!!!!!

Next time we get together I want to see you and AC Man do some of those breach Turns  !!! And when Ronnie drove AC Mans champ past us at 72.9 it looked just like that one up on pad.  It's even more impressive that they did that with 2 liters too! Good Video!!!

The factory reps used to come to the dealers and give demo rides to anyone willing to go for a while. It was impressive to say the least. They would turn like no other boat.

How do you get them champs to lift like that? Looks like they are running pretty hard ! my brother just had his 200 merc. rebuilt it only turns like 5200 rpm @58-60 mph told after rebuild dyno displayed around 240hp we have tried many many props ! anybody have any thoughts? should it run better than what we are getting? TANKS FOR ANY INFO
