I have caught a 29lb blue on rod and reel at Texoma. I have also caught a 20lb blue on a jug line. Have never ran a trotline yet. Notice the key word "yet".

Ya'll did so well on the flatheads let me hear about them blues.

I have caught several 20-30 lbers on Lake Lewisville but the biggest in my boat so far is a 41 lbr caught by my 11 year old nephew last Feb in the photo below.

I don't have weights on these fish but they all maxed out 50 LB scales easy. I guessed them to be in the 70 LB range.

Awesome pics guys. Keep them coming. This lets me know I have a ways to go before I have reached trophy status. Wow big cat I would love to fish with you one day at lavon I live close to there but have not fished it in awhile. Like about 10 years.
