That is called a Texas Time-Waster. It was discontinued in 1989 due to the fact that it lived up to it's name.

Here is a few of my old lures Paul Ray, the frog is my favorite, the red/white with a clear center section has mercury in the middle of it, and the other red/white plug is a single spring loaded hook for weedless.

That last lure you show in the large picture in the frog pattern my dad always called a flatfish. I caught an 8 lb walleye on one of those in Canada when I was a kid trolling. They have a hell of a lot of action

Looks like a very old lure not in production anymore. I would put it up and keep it.
