I know the sand bass will soon start heading to the creeks to spawn but don't know any creeks in the Denton area. What are some god places to fish?

CJ - any creeks that feed into Lewisville, Lavon, Ray Roberts or Grapevine can be productive during the February - April white bass window. Look also for feeder creeks that empty into the main creeks.

There is marshall creek that feeds in to the west side of Grapevine. Alot of people fish this during the spawn. There is access off of 377 past 114. PM me if you would like some details. By the way not really in Denton but really close. Its near trophy club.

Hickory creek, Denton creek, Elm Fork and Clear Creek. The Denton area really has alot of options for creek fishing. It just takes going and doing. Also I encourage anybody that enjoys creek fishing to carry out everything u bring in. Trash, beer cans, old line ect... These creeks are NOT what they use to be. They are really trashed out. Its sad to see so many people that dont respect what we have. Good luck and fish hard.
