how Do you rig your shad i tried lots lots of way but no nibbles so i catch lots of 2 lbs blues in Lake Lewisville with a minow oh and my friend caught a 11 inch shad.

Tilghman,

Here lately we have been "threading" the shad on. Also we always try to use fresh shad. Here is another picture of the smaller ones we caught. Yep we practiced catch and release on all these fish...Let me explain....We catch them, filet them, then release them. That should satisfy everyone!

I catch about that much with minows on the humps. Do you use live shad or dead shad cause my shad die in like 30 minutes

did the company replace the bottom limb on that PSE Kingfisher thatr broke when you tried to shoot it the fithe time?

We try and keep the shad alive. We use one of those cheap foam ice chests (it seems to work pretty well).

You dang right I got that sucker replaced! I called and complained and they sent me another within a few weeks. I have yet to shoot it. Im a little scared. Im going to be setting up for the BIG gar in the near future. Im going to mount a large PENN reel on the bow with lots of large line.
