Well we set out unlucky 13 jugs. Fisrt time we checked them 2-12#blues 1-6#blue and a few just keeping size. Next time we checked 1-42# blue , and a few more good keepers. Last time 1-14# blue and a 16# blue on one jug. HAd another big one that got hung up and could not get free and it broke off. Lost one jug too. We went back the next day and found the lost jug 1500 yards south of where i set it and it had a 16# blue as well. What a great trip on lake Ray hubbard.

CC73, Sounds great. Got any info on bait you used and general lake location? I live about 3 blocks from the water on Hubbard and have for almost three years and have only fished it one time. Guess its time I get my act together. Brother and I like to do a little jug/trot lining, just usually do it at Ray Roberts. Thanks for any info.

We used shad and perch in about 20 to 33 foot of water mid lake area.
