How does the Bass Pro Shops® Cool River Rain Bibs compare to Frogg Toggs? Are they both waterproof? Thanks for any help.

Frog Toggs are waterproof but if you fish often I would get something that is a little more heavy duty.

Looks like the same material
Agree with Ag. Probably good for the occasional rain. Did see the Frog Togg package at BPS yesterday for $30, includes pants, top and cap.

You might take a look at the H2O suits at Academy, $70 each for bib and jacket.

I would go with the BPS instead. I like the Guidewear line from Cabela's.

I bought and wore a set of Frogg Toggs once. Then I gave them away because I got soaked.

Cabela's guide wear. Last rainsuit you will ever need. A bit pricey up front, but will more than pay for itself in the long haul if you fish often..

fro toggs are great for putting in the boat for spares for guests but will not hold up to actual use.

i love my bps pro qualifier. my wife even wears it on black friday while she stands in line. windproof, waterproof and keeps you warm if you buy the inner liner to go with it. also has a lot of pockets and plastic loops to attach small flashlights and such.
