Took my friend and co worker on tuesday [img:left]http:// [/img] to the west end. Fishing in 35 fow when he says hey I got a big one. Well that fish made a trip around the boat. While I chased Jerry with a knife cutting the other lines off. All I heard was the drag and Jerry saying don"t cut the wrong one. Well we landed the fish and it weighed in at 21.4 pounds. We ended up with our limit of stripers. Plus I caught a 24 pd blue from the same spot. Plus caught bunch of sand bass. He kept the fish to mount. [img:right] [/img] [img:center]http:// [/img]

Beautiful fish. Bay, you and I have chatted before so not knocking anyone but I wish she was CPR'd. There are so few large stripers left in Big Tex. ABSOLUTELY not knocking your friend for rightfully wanting a trophy. I'm sure this will stir the pot on this subject and that is not my intention.
More props for getting out there. We went Sun west of 377 bridge and it was a zilch day.
Mark.

The Cap't does it again. Very nice catches. I think the absents of boats this time of year helps. Frequent fishing always helps as you've demonstrated. Cheers. You're a great fisherman.

Yeah!!!! you killed a big fish, no wonder we don't have many caught, Yes it is a legal fish, but a picture on the wall and the fish back in the lake where your kid could catch it might have been worth a thought as well.
Just my opinion, fire away.
