As promised, here is another pork chop recipe. This is one of my all-time favorites.
Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice
Serving Size : 4
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 boneless pork chops -- 3/4" thick each 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup -- (10 3/4 oz.) 1/2 soup can milk 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix -- (1 oz.) 1 tablespoon Paprika 1 serving Mahatma Jasmine Rice -- prepared
Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
Remove chops from pan add soup, milk and 1/2 pkg. salad dressing mix and paprika. Heat to a boil. Put chops back into the pan. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
Serve with the Mahatma Jasmine rice and mixed veggies.

I tried this recipe with chicken tenders and it was delicious! I skipped the oil- just dry browned the chicken, and it still work great.

Thumbs Up from me as well! Only thing I'll do differently next time is brown the pork chops then toss all of this in a slow cooker!

I have done that as well, just make sure you scrape all the drippings out of the pan into the slowcooker otherwise you loose a lot of the flavor.

Wow, that looks delicious. The creamy ranch pork chops don't come out that pretty but they sure do eat good, in fact I am having them tonight.

Tried the pork chops last night. They were great, even the wife and daughter loved, which was shocking. I will definitely try it with chicken as well.

Wow! That is a great recipe. Made it last night and we loved it. I used a little less paprika only about 3/4 of a tbsp.. but man was it good.
Thanks for a great recipe!
