I would just start taking obvious pictures of the offender. It makes people really uncomfortable and makes for hilarious memories. +1

It's happened to me the last few trips as well. I think it's just something we have to look forward too!  It's gotten worse every year. I got to where I don't even worry about it. I often try to get thier attention just to see if they are really that oblivious to thier surrounding. I would say 3 out of 4 don't even see me waving. The 1 out of 4 times it's often the passenger who sees me waving...LOL! People have thier heads you know where!
