I don't get it, the schedule says they are not stocking till January:

Am I missing something here?

I went to the TRWD web site and they had an revised schedule out.

Fishing buddy and I limited out this afternoon at Waterloo Park in Denison. Caught all on Pink Powerbait.

Returned to Waterloo Park Pond this morning to go for another limit! Fast action on Powerbait Trout Nuggets; limited out in about 40" with 5 Trout each. Would have been quicker but decided to catch the last one using flyfishing gear; took about 15" to catch the last Trout.

On the way back home, stopped at Gander Mountain in Sherman and restocked on Powerbait - Trout Bait, Trout Worms, and Glitter Trout Bait, and Size 12 and 14 Hooks!

Alright went back to Chisolm Sat. morn. and Limited out . they stocked sometime Thursday evening , caught them on the power dough baits and power eggs . close to fountain . Goodluck out there.

Anyone hit Bethany in the last couple of days? Think it's worth it to go there on Wednesday morning?

I went to greebriar park this morning, not a single bite..... I tried powerbait and jigs, but no luck. Anyone else have any luck?

Fished Waterloo in Denison today...! Good decision to go. Temps were warm and the action was hot. Had a great time catching them on Powerbait, Olive Wooley Buggers, and Gold Ribbed Hares Ear Nymphs! Today's Pictures.

Bethany SUCKED today. Caught nothing. Only had a couple of tugs (bait was still there when I reeled it in) though the trout were jumping in the water. Saw one guy pull in a 14 incher or so using bread and a bobber. Most of what was caught were dinks (including a sub-6 incher).

I think the pond is about empty...it's at least empty of trout that link pink or chart powerbait. Was there from 7:30 to 2pm and tried 5 different spots around the lake...including right where the guy caught the 14 incher.

Bethany action slows down considerably after the first week or two of stocking. Moreover, once the Cormorant arrive, the Trout become scarce.

Been fishing Waterloo in Denison with success. Long drive just for Stocker Trout though. Been mainly combining fishing trips with other tasks to save on gas. Today's Pcitures.

Anyone been to South Lakes pond in Denton this week?
