I've been busy at work and haven't been fishing much lately. However, I bank fish at Kirby and Phantom whenever I get the chance. I'm getting excited about the crappie spawn this spring!

Send me a PM and I'd be happy to join you if I'm available. From the looks of it, you've found a really nice crappie hole on Phantom.

Hey guys, I'm moving to Winters, not too far from you all. I have a boat, but I'm not allowed to go out by myself because I am fighting throat cancer. I'm not a smoker and I'm 38 years old. This spring I will have the boat ready and I will be ready to fish for anything! Maybe we can hook up and hit some lakes. I have a 17ft. Carolina Skiff, it's not the prettiest or fastest, but it's paid for and is very roomy. I fish Ivie now quite a bit. I currently live in Brady

definitely sounds like a fishing trip to me. Sorry about the ailment. Hang tough and keep your head up.

I feel great and hopefully in remission. I am hoping we get lots of rain between now and then. I'm so ready to go right now! As soon as we get moved I will be on here looking for you guys and we'll make a go of it. I'm looking forward to catching fish and always enjoy meeting new people.

I'll be in Abilene full time next Fall. I've been learning a few lakes around the area. Hubbard Creek is one of my favorites along with Sweetwater and Oak Creek.

I lived in Sweetwater back in 1999-2001, I bass fished that lake until it dried up on us. I also kayaked at Trammell, it's a small lake there in Sweetwater, but it held some nice fish. I waas part of the Sweetwater Bass Club.
