Lowrance 27 and 28 settings

Need some help guys. I messed with manual settings on my LCR's and had to reset them to factory but cannot get them to read like they were previously.
Is there a web site with video's to help me set them back up again manually.

make sure you have the latest software for those units. then go into sonar feature and put the unit in shallow water mode. then try these settings.
ping speed 75 color line 72-74 sensitivity console auto and bow manually 74-82 or auto noise reduction low surface clutter low chart speed 100

Thanks Jason.
That will get me started. I did see on a post about a year ago where there was a web site where the guide has a series of video's on where he starts to fine tune his unit also.
Has anyone seen this? I am unable to find it again.
