 Minkota interference with graph!

I have a fortrex that interferes with my graph when I step on the pedal. I think the model on # on the hummingbird is 787 but I am not sure. How do I fix this? It seems to work ok if I am in 5 feet or deeper but have problems in 5 feet or less.

used to be minnkota recomended you run 1 wire only from one of the tm batteries to the starting battery i believe it was neg to neg

which battery is the graph on?
if the trolling motor batterys change it to the start battery.

You might want to contact HB. They have an interference kit that they provide to users that ask for it. May help with your problem.
