if my tilt and trim goes out on the water, how can i raise the motor to trailer the boat? It is a 60 hp evinrude. thanks for your help..

there is a small flat head screw at the bottom of your trim motor turn it to the left and it will allow you raise the motor by hand......just look for a small flat head screw towards the lower half of trim motor

Its not the fill port but another screw head ie By-pass valve

Whatever you do, DO NOT remove the screw completely. 2 things will happen, one you will cut an o-ring, two you will loose all the fluid.
