My motorguide foot control will only work in the continuous mode. I am thinking its the switch. Anyone have this happen to them? I dont see any loose wires.

It may be the micro switch. I had that happen to me once. It is a 10 minute and $11 fix.

my dad's Motor Guide started running all the time. I would just roll back the speed to 0 when I wanted to stop moving. It gets old quick. Someone told me they thought the foot might be leaking causing a short. I don't know.

I think I am going to start with replacing the switch and see if that works. Anyone know where to buy the switch?

Most boat shops should have the switch.

If you can't find one locally you can call Scott at 417-833-9191 and have him send you one.
