I took the day off tommorrow (12-10-10) to go fish the surf just south of San Luis Pass off bluewater hwy. Pretty much in front of cold pass. My fishing partner is BSn so i will be out there one deep. Just throwing out a friendly invite to a day of surf fishing. Last week we did pretty good by landing 5 bull reds. I had a double drop on mine and my buddy had a single drop on his. I made both of them when i got to the beach bc i was unprepaired but they worked well. All fish caught on CASTED reels. Sorry cant go on Saturday only tomorrow. But maybe next time.

What beach were u at in your youtube video? Did u get to that spot with you subie? I have a 2wd f150. Dont wanna get stuck. lol

It's the beach south of slp. I guess surfside beach? Not sure, but you don't need 4wd to fish where I am at.
