This is a pending lake record caught Sunday. Fish weight 67lbs, 481/2" in length and 31" in girth. Caught while drifting with cut shad in 16ft of water. Also caught a 48 earlier in the am.   Sure was fun  Dave

Nice fish...friend of mine caught a 40# flat on sunday also at ray hubbard..he was fishing juglines..I've caught some nice ones from the bank off the interstate when i go see him..

Pennfish, thanks I was using a 6/O kahle eagle claw lazer sharp hook. 6'6 medium action ugly stick and an abu garcia 6500c3. Cut shad for bait. Dave

Ahhhh. I have caught bigger on that lake. Just didnt want to take the time to register for the record. NOT! Great fish BCDAVE! I had the pleasure of watching him catch the lake record blue on Lavon last winter. What a sight that was!

Thanks for the info BCDAVE, im going to Fatette tomorrow afternoon I'm gonna go to Somerville in the morning and catch some fresh shad, they seem to work much better then frozen
