I make my living dealing with weather. The two best are NOAA and intellicast without a doubt.

I use sailflow.com because it gives you details on wind speed and direction....you can enter the specific lake that you want to monitor

Wunderground.com--
Scroll down to History and Almanac. Best part of the site. Gives you all info by change in weather for the day. Great for log book. I note what time I caught fish, then when home go back and check conditions, temp, winds, baro.
By checking the past few days, it will show trending on when the Barometric pressure will be moving.
Example was yesterday on Ray Roberts--I hit a stretch about 12:30 to 2:00 where I caught 6 fish in one area. Looking at the History the Baro had peaked at 30.06 and started to fall.
A great mobile app is MY-Cast. Great Radar, lightning strikes, current weather and winds. Had many days watching the radar and getting off water right in front of the storms.

I like usairnet.com, Aviation Weather Report and Forecast. It loads very quickly, since the page isn't cluttered with lots of "flash" ads. It shows the forecast in three hour intervals, with directional arrows to give you a visual of exact wind angle.

For wind I like www.windguru.com . It is a site for windsurfer and kite surfers. Pretty good actual wind data. Seems to be a lot more accurate than any of the others. Click on the speed and temps to change them to mph and degrees F and it will becme easy to read. It is set up as C and knots I think when you choose your location.
