I want to go to BPS and plan on driving up from Waco. Which is better? Garland will be the easiest for me to get to but if Grapevine is better...I'll go there.

Can't complain about Garland though since it's close to home.

I wish I was closer to them. I went to Cabelas this week though and it was almost too overwhelming. They have the best camo clothes and cold weather gear selection but most all their fishing stuff I could find at my Academy by work. The place is amazing though. I felt like Charlie walkin into the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory tour!!

the bass pro in garland has a better fish tank lol, grapevine has a better selection I failed to mention I was taking my kids , they love fish tanks. Years ago I went to BPS in Springfield MO. and it was an all day event. The place was awesome with fish tanks, waterfalls etc. I spent about 8 solid hrs and still missed somethings.

The Grapevine store is the larger of the two. If you are planning on making a day out of it I would go there.

Grapevine is better. Hit it up and then take 114 to 170 back towards Fort Worth and then you can hit Cabela's on the way home.
Personally as far as things to do and see for the kiddos Cabela's is better than Bass Pro hands down. The tackle and gear selections are better at Bass Pro but the displays, stuff to do and the fish tanks are better at Cabela's.
