I recently fished at the Katherine Rose Pond in Mansfield, it seems like there's two type of catfish in that pond. There was a yellow one that has a big head and small body, then there was one that greyish with a long slender body. What are their names and what is the legal length to keep them?

One more thing, is the Mark Holtz Lake in Arlington good fishing?

Yep a bullhead also called mudcat and a channelcat in most places in texas they both have to be atleast 12inches and you can keep 25 all together.

Take a look at this site and see if you can find them.

Is everyone in agreement that there is a length limit on bullheads? I can't find it in the length limits online but for some reason I didn't think there was a limit on them. A 12 inch bullhead is a pretty big one.

I don't think that bullheads are a gamefish and therefore don't have any bag limits or minimum length. That is why some people use them as trotline bait for big flatheads.
