You sir, Rock, hardcore! Good job man. I just love reading the TPWD arrest blotter, that's usually a good source of laughs for me. Some of those guys aren't too bright and they actually shouldn't even be called hunters IMHO.

And that is actually two violations. There are rules of harvest in that you can not wantonly destroy any game animal /meat once harvested, and there are rules at state and even at most municapls on desposing the carcase of a properly processed deer even,of which this was not. Not sure what happend here but it appears to be adoe or anterless and the front and hind legs ar e gone in part. Maybe ahit deer someone tried to butcher but didnt know how and got scared to have afterthought ,no license and such and maybe dumped it at local creek. That would be my guess using my woodsman skills of some 30 years with only this pcture as evidence. I dont see the blood shot area from bullet trama.
Just my thought on it.

I get a free magazine at the local bait/tackle store...just about any tackle shop will have them. TPWD has their blotter in there.

Great advice, luckily already thought of that. The location is under the road bridge so luckily not too isolated or too many hunters hangin around, and i did turn it in to the warden.

On a good note, this spot has recently produced 17 eatable channels, 2-5 lb+ common carp, 27 freshwater drum, 4-25in+ Bowfin, 2-24in+ alligator gar, and 50 or so sunfish. I guess i should stop complaining about this. lol

p.s. most of the fish were releassed.
