Darryl,

She is doing great, so is momma. Not enough sleep for us though smile Ready to get back to guiding on Friday. I told her I might just go sleep in the truck in line, to get some rest smile

Go somewhere else.

All the hype about Squaw is kind of funny. 30 fish days can be done at alot of lakes right now. Fork, Monti, Welsh, just to name a few.

And from most pics Ive seen out there, the size fish wouldnt be worth the drive anyway.

Don't be jealous Stinky!!

It cost me a lot more than 30 bucks to go to any of those lakes you mentioned. I'd rather be home in 30 minutes, so I've been fishing here.

Besides even you could catch 10-12 at Squaw!! thumb

It's two hours closer than Fork for me. That means an additional 4 hours round trip not on the road.

Idiot! grin

Im not talking to you West boys. I know its not that far for you. But all the other hype to fish out there is just funny to me. Now, if it was fishing like Falcon, I say go. But its not. But 30 fish a day up to 5 lbs. can be done on Fork right now before lunch! Less drive time for DFW guys. Thats all Im saying.

Dont you have some calf roping do be doing anyway? laugh

Good line fish killer!

I'm obviously not KVD but I just got back from my first trip to Falcon. I never caught a fish over two lbs. I think I learned that you have to fish incredibly slow and in the middle of heavy brush to catch Falcon fish...just not my style...but the lake was beautiful!
