Make a pot of beans.
When you get tired of eating beans by about the third day, get a cup of beans out of the pot and put them in a skillet. Mash with a potato masher until they're smooth... adding more liquid from the beans or just water as you need. Heat in the skillet until bubbly and heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

i make mine a simple way . but i will say instead of pintos i use black beans .i use either boiled raw beans or if no time i use canned . juts mince a little onion and sweat in a little oil then add the beans and the broth cook for about 110-15 minutes and mash to the consistency you like ( i like mine loose ) . simple quick and delicious
