Is it legal to chum city lakes? I would think that it's cool unless I saw a sign saying not to do it, but my wife says I better be sure.

What's happenin'? Yeah, it's been awhile since we've seen each other. I've been fishin steady every since I've met you. I've mainly been concentrating on crappies and staying closer to the house. Now that I got a boat, I'll be trying for some of dim whisker fish. Are you still living in Irving? Hit me by email and maybe we can hookup and fish out of the boat sometime. Think I'm gonna go for it tonight at a city park with the chum and see what happens. I'll report tomorrow.
