Your best bet for good cats with Pool would be to drive pst it to another lake.
Yes I did admit defeat. Good job back to back champion

I was out there Saturday night fishing under the South bridgeState Park Side)from 9:00PM til 2:00AM. We caught 15 keepers and about another 25 smaller one. All were channel cats caught on the bottom with chicken livers. We always do good under the bridges.

mikeram It is good to know that there are some keepers there! I have fished several places under the Lynn Creek bridge and only caught dinks. I guess I will try the other bridge a few times. Any ideas on where to start?

On almost any pillar, in about 23ft of water. I tie off to one and cast across the channel to the other side letting the bait fall. It usually ends up in the middle somewhere. Some nights the bite is slow, and some times the bait never hits the bottom. Hope this helps.

If you keep going past the south bridge a little ways, fish in the open areas around all the timber..not the boat channel but in somewhat clear areas in the timber. I usually catch some decent fish in there...and they arent all channels

Thats great! I have never heard of anyone catching blues there. Someone told me that they had caught some flats, but I think they cinfused them with channels.
