Texas Fish, OK Cedar Creek is a tough lake. That said I live on CC and fish it often and the lake is full of fish the issue is finding them. Unless there is some kind of natural looking structure(rocks) stay away from the retaining walls, which cover a large part of the shoreline. There are so many docks coming off of the retaining wall that you can waste alot of time trying to find fish if you are pitching the docks at random.
The south end of the lake can be quite productive, fish the docks that come off natural shoreline (no wall).
The lake is down 2 ft. right now.
On Hwy 198 there are two long bridges, facing north the second bridge (look at your map)is where you want to go. Travel under the bridge going east into a wide arm of the lake on the right side (south side) there is a small island, fish it. on the north shore the docks do hold fish, fish them also. Past the island on the south is some natural shore line this area is also good.
Senkos (dark green) and Norman crank baits (medium divers) work well but keep a spinning outfit handy with a Mepps XD (gold) tied on.
Along the dam rip rap is another good area for cranks if the wind isn't too bad, early and late in the day.
I hope this helps, good luck.

The rip rap on either end of 198 going into clear creek has always been good for a keeper or 2 for me.
