Me and my buddies dont have a boat and we really dont know Lake Lewisville too well, what are the real good spots for catfish and what bait do you recommend?

Below the spillway. The rocks on I35 Big Sandy Access Area
They bank fish all these areas anc catch a lot of fish. If your not dead set on Lewisville. Murrell Park at Lake Grapevine is probably the best bank fishing place in DFW.

Through mid summer main lake points in the morning with fresh shad work pretty well, schooling sandies and hybrids are the key point. when the schools of fish move through the catfish bite real well. bait(shad, small perch, and shrimp)
